    I love flying in and out of here. Getting checked bags is a breeze and is always fast (I only waited about 10 minutes this last time). In the half dozen or so times I have flown in and out of here, I haven't had any problems whatsoever. Wait times are perhaps a little shorter than in a larger airport, but that is always a big variable at any airport, based on staffing, holidays, or other special travel days. Nothing to complain about there for me. The staff is friendly, parking is comparatively cheap to other airports(economy lot is max 7 bucks a day or 10 for the garage option), and in my experience it has not been super busy any time I've gone in or out. It's true that there aren't a lot of things to do, (as is the problem with any small airport) but in my opinion you can't really ask for more than that from a very local and convenient airport!

    This airport is okay but if it ever had any real traffic it would be a nightmare. Facilities are clean and accommodating. Staff is professional but it gets warm in the summer inside.

    Clean airport. Decent alternative to ORF. Because there is no Pre-Check lane it doesn’t buy you much beyond not having to take your shoes off. If you’re here for a long time, there isn’t much to distract you.

    The airport is cute and cozy, don't expect any thrills. I wish they would put a decent bar or coffee shop in. The restaurant staff could definitely learn some customer service skills, you feel like you are always second to there banter. The lines are short in the airport, so all in all, I'd take ORF if I needed any sort of food or drinks, but if I'm running straight to my plane, this airport is fine.

    Strictly in reference to the airport and not any specific airline... This is a small and quiet regional airport with clean and well kept facilities. Due to its size, it excels in speedy processing through check-in and TSA; however, this airport seriously lacks services in the sterile area. If you are looking to save money and are well prepared for your journey this may be the airport for you.
